Designer Woodfire Ovens is a Sydney-based business, owned and operated by experienced bricklayer Anthony. With over 25 years' experience as a bricklayer, including over 10 years' experience as a refractory bricklayer, Anthony has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to custom-built woodfire ovens. 

Using only the highest quality materials, Anthony will work with you to bring your dream oven to life. Following a design consultation, your woodfire oven will be built on-site, made-to-measure in your choice of style, size and colour.

To minimise wood use and maximise heat retention, we recommend adding a roasting door and an insulated door to your oven. This provides added flexibility to slow roast meats and vegetables or enjoy a loaf of freshly baked bread.
